Reception / Boarding Time

The bus reception for the outbound route begins 30 minutes prior to departure, while reception for the return route begins 15 minutes prior to departure.
Due to our responsibility to be punctual, it is necessary for customers to be on time.

• ・The shuttle bus service will not be in operation during times when there are no reservations.
• ・Due to traffic conditions, there may be times when arrival and/or departure times might differ slightly.
• ・Depending on weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, there may be delays or cancellations in service.
• ・For customers who come by car, please note that there is no parking in the bus pick-up/drop-off area.
• ・Please note that neither we nor the bus operator company shall be responsible for the loss of luggage and/or other misunderstandings.
• ・There are no stoppages or drop-offs other than the set schedule. You cannot get off the bus at any time except for those designated stops.
