How can I make a reservation for your free-shuttle-bus?

Do you provide pick-up service from JR Kamikawa station?

We are sorry, we do not provide it between JR Kamikawa station and Choyotei.
Please take a public bus or a taxi. It takes about 25 minutes.

Can we have a non-smoking room?

We are sorry, we are not able to promise it definitely.
However, we try to arrange to meet your requests as much as possible.
Please choose “non-smoking room” on the option page on the reservation page.
As there are cases when some rooms becomes unavailable, please email us just after you have booked the room with your request once more.
If a non-smoking room is unavailable, we remove the smell of smoke in the guest’s room to the fullest extent.
